Initial Consultation
We start with a consultation to understand your organisation’s needs and goals for recruiting an apprentice, we do this by completing a Training Needs Analysis of your organisation and listening to your requirements.
Tailored Programme Design
Based on your requirements, we design a customised apprenticeship training plan, with the apprentice programme as the bones of our content, that aligns with your industry standards and supports diversity.
Recruitment Assistance
We assist in the recruitment process by advertising the apprenticeship role on our social media channels and the Recruit an Apprentice gov.uk website, as well as screening candidates, and presenting you with qualified applicants.
Interviewing
