Reasonable Adjustments
for Inclusive Apprenticeships

At it’sEducation, we are committed to ensuring that every participant has the support and resources they need to succeed. To achieve this, we make bespoke reasonable adjustments tailored to the individual needs of our apprentices, creating an inclusive and accessible learning environment for all.

What Are Reasonable Adjustments?

Reasonable adjustments are modifications or accommodations made to remove or reduce barriers that apprentices with disabilities or additional learning needs might face during their training. These adjustments ensure that everyone has equal access to learning opportunities and can fully participate in our apprenticeship programs.

Functional Skills | It's Education | Inclusive Training Solutions

Functional Skills (English & Maths)

After robust assessment, we implement reasonable adjustments during the learning process and for End Point Assessment. In addition, we can offer flexibility with Functional Skills (English and maths), enabling you to achieve Entry 3 as part of your Level 2 apprenticeship. This alternative approach helps us cater to your individual needs and creates a more accessible path to success.
