Inclusive Apprenticeships:
Bridging the Gap to Equal Opportunities
At it’s Education, we are dedicated to creating equitable pathways to employment for individuals from diverse backgrounds, minorities, underrepresented groups, including those with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, neurodivergence, additional learning needs and mental health challenges. Our mission is to break down social barriers and stereotypes, and open doors to rewarding careers through comprehensive apprenticeship programmes tailored to meet the unique needs of every individual.
Our Commitment
With our inclusive apprenticeships, we are committed to creating opportunities for everyone. Our programs are designed with inclusivity in mind, providing supportive mentors, accessible resources, and a community that values diversity. We believe that a diverse and inclusive workforce is essential for innovation and progress.
By providing accessible and supportive apprenticeship programs, we aim to empower individuals, strengthen communities, and contribute to a positive view
of the social model of disability.
What is an Inclusive Apprenticeship?
An inclusive apprenticeship is a structured training program designed to provide all individuals with equal opportunities to learn, earn, and develop valuable skills.
Our programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of all participants, including those with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and behaviour, social and emotional difficulties.
The Value of Our Inclusive Apprenticeships

Community and Networking
Creating a network of peers, mentors, and industry professionals who are committed to personal growth and success.
Benefits of Inclusive Apprenticeships
Inclusive apprenticeships offer numerous advantages for both apprentices and employers. By embracing diversity and providing equal opportunities, these programs foster a more dynamic, innovative, and productive workforce.
Reasonable Adjustments
for Inclusive Apprenticeships
At it’sEducation, we are committed to ensuring that every participant has the support and resources they need to succeed. To achieve this, we make bespoke reasonable adjustments tailored to the individual needs of our apprentices, creating an inclusive and accessible learning environment for all.
What Are Reasonable Adjustments?
Reasonable adjustments are modifications or accommodations made to remove or reduce barriers that apprentices with disabilities or additional learning needs might face during their training. These adjustments ensure that everyone has equal access to learning opportunities and can fully participate in our apprenticeship programs.
Functional Skills (English & Maths)
For apprentices with disabilities or learning difficulties and/or have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), functional skills adjustments are crucial. After robust assessment, we implement reasonable adjustments during the learning process and for End Point Assessment. In addition, we can offer flexibility with Functional Skills (English and maths), enabling you to achieve Entry 3 as part of your Level 2 apprenticeship. This alternative approach helps us cater to your individual needs and creates a more accessible path to success.
